Booking Terms.

01 — Booking fee

A non-refundable S$20 deposit secures the slot. It is deducted from the final service cost on the day. If you don't show up, the fee is forfeited. If the appointment is rescheduled in time, the fee moves with you.

02 — Cancellation

More than 24 hours before the appointment: move it any time at no cost.

Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: the S$20 deposit is forfeited.

Late on either side through genuine emergency (medical, bereavement, flight cancellation): message us and we'll sort it case by case. We're a small studio, not a chain.

03 — Pricing

Prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Hand-painted nail art and some extension work is quoted per nail after we see the reference image.

GST: NAP Studio Pte. Ltd. is not currently GST-registered. Prices shown are the prices you pay. When registration happens, we'll update this page and add the 9% line.

04 — Refunds

If a service is performed but you're unhappy with the result, message us within 48 hours with a photo. We will repair, redo, or refund a fair portion — case by case. We do not refund the booking fee itself; that covers the chair time.

05 — Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse a booking. Common reasons: nail or lash condition that contraindicates the service, repeated no-shows, abusive communication. We won't ask awkward questions.

06 — Allergies & sensitivities

Tell us before we start. If you develop a reaction during the appointment, stop us. We carry the standard salon emergency kit; we are not a medical provider.

07 — Children

Anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian with them. No nail or lash services for under 12s.

08 — Liability

NAP carries professional indemnity insurance for the services we offer. We are not liable for allergic reactions that were not disclosed, damage to clothing or personal items, or losses incurred by late or missed appointments.

09 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
