01 — What this site collects

Nothing. There are no forms, no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no chat widget. Your visit is a single TCP request and the bytes we send back.

The server logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are the standard infrastructure logs of the host. We don't read them and we don't share them.

02 — External services you can use from this site

• WhatsApp — clicking the green button opens a chat with us. Meta's privacy policy applies once you're there.
• Instagram — link to our profile. Meta's privacy policy applies.
• TikTok — link to our profile. ByteDance's privacy policy applies.
• Google Maps — link to the Bali Lane address. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Email — clicking the email link opens your mail client. We receive whatever you send.

We have no scripts from these companies loaded on this site. Nothing runs in the background.

03 — What we do with messages you send us

If you DM or WhatsApp us to book, we keep your name, phone number, and the booking details for the length of our working relationship — usually until 12 months after your last visit, for rebooking and customer service. We don't sell, share, or rent your data. We don't add you to a marketing list.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold on you at any time. We'll do it within 30 days.

04 — Fonts

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Fontshare. Those companies will see your IP address. Both are appropriate-class sub-processors for a static site. If you'd rather not share an IP with a font CDN, the system fallback is a generic sans-serif.

05 — PDPA (Singapore)

NAP Studio Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-incorporated entity. Our treatment of personal data follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. If you feel we've mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission.
